
As a former collegiate track athlete, I believe that health and fitness is the key to leading a productive life. With over 20 years combined experience in athletics and exercise, I know the results that you achieve are directly linked to the amount of work you put into achieving those goals.
I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Texas Tech in 2005, followed by a Masters in ESS in 2008. In addition to being a certified trainer, I have also been a physical education teacher since 2009.
My passion is helping others reach their goals, and overcome the things they didn't believe they could.
